DeepSea Networks was founded by a team of offshore telecommunications experts with decades of experience in the oil and gas industry. With offices in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and Houston, TX, we provide best-in-class connectivity solutions to the offshore and maritime sectors, ensuring operations remain connected, safe, and efficient worldwide.
Pierre-Marc Noël
Our CEO, Pierre-Marc Noël, spent over a decade supporting offshore and onshore operations globally - from the Niger Delta and the North Sea to Brunei Darussalam and the GoM.
Acting as a technical authority with partners and third parties, he oversaw IPTV, CCTV, PAGA, UHF and VHF radio, cabling networks, wireless systems, and satellite communications. Pierre-Marc travelled extensively, participating in Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) to ensure every system met the highest technical standards.
